Wrong!
I think I have the opposite of body dysmorphic disorder (from wiki: a psychological disorder in which the affected person is excessively concerned about and preoccupied by a perceived defect in his or her physical features/body image.) If I work out a few times or lose a couple pounds, I start thinking I'm a fitness model with a 6 pack. And then I look in the mirror and am so confused and disappointed! I guess this is a better problem to have than horrible self-image.

Weird! but I kind of think that too sometimes! Like since I worked out for one day, then well, to myself my stomach is already flatter and my face thinner. Is this true? I really doubt it!

Haha, I totally get this too! I do think that working out just generally gives you a more positive feeling about your body though. So there is something genuine about the change in feeling :-)
haha...i'm the same way. then i celebrate with a few chocolate martinis and a kit kat or two. it's a vicious cycle, i tell ya. ;)
